Breathe Workshop

STRESS. It’s a word we are all familiar with, and unfortunately it’s a major contributor to many diseases and illnesses that currently plague us.

As doctors of chiropractic, we continually see patients who express that stress is the root cause of their current health issues.  For most people they are aware that stress is negatively affecting them, but they are unsure about what they can do about it or how they can change the way that they are living.

A large part of what we do is to educate our patients and our community about the role they play in the creation and propagation of stress. The first step in understanding how stress is affecting them is to become more self aware and connect with their bodies. This gives individuals an opportunity to increase their level of consciousness and use their pain, illness and disease as their fuel for change. 

As a community outreach, we are offering a complimentary Breathe Workshops in your place of business, at your group gathering etc. At the Breathe Workshop, participants will learn how to connect with their body, ease depression and anxiety by using very easy to learn breathing techniques. The workshop takes place at your office and requires approximately 45 minutes.
